Cannabis Cultivation on Moss Side

Following an operation by the South Ribble Neighbourhood team, an address in Moss Side, close to Slater Lane was raided today by your local officers. The address had a significant cannabis cultivation, with electricity having been bypassed. This not only endangers local residents, but the proceeds of these operations impact the wider community through criminality.

Working with Electricity North West, the address has now been made safe.

We will continue to tackle these criminal enterprises and be lead by community concerns. Our Ask is for local residents to stay vigilant, with signs being an increase and constant smell of cannabis or addressed with curtains permanently closed.
